The Pokot people are an unreached and forgotten community facing a daily fight for survival. Left without government assistance or running water, families are forced to walk up to 15 miles every single day just to find a meager water source.

The Pokot are hardworking and desperately want to farm to sustain themselves, but the parched earth makes agriculture impossible. Heartbreakingly, most deaths in their community are entirely preventable—caused simply by starvation and severe dehydration.

They have the strength to work the land, but lack the water to grow a single seed. By bringing clean water to their villages, we can empower the Pokot to grow food, hydrate their families, and save lives.
